Shipping and Returns
All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns accepted only if the product received is damaged and we have been notified within 2 day of delivery via an email (support@objectsinspace.in) with the photograph of the product attached. Refund will be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product back in this case or we will dispatch a fresh piece within two weeks of receiving the damaged product back.
We take 2-3 weeks for delivery of the product. We may postpone a delivery in case of production problems that may affect the quality of the product or if there is a delay from our delivery partner's end. We will notify the customer if there is a delay in delivery. The descriptions, quantity available and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice. There can be minor changes in the color or shape of the product since these are handmade.
Payment Terms
The production will begin only once 100% payment has been received. It might take us 2 working days to process your invoice and begin production. Once the payment has been received, cancellations and refunds will not be entertained. Cash on delivery is not available for our products.
